@Jim Ebbelaar how often is it recommended to do breathwork? I’d like to do it again soon😁 really soon 😅 Maybe this question was answered during the webinar but unfortunatly I couldn’t read the other comments.

💡 Tips
🌿 Leave It a Little Prettier Than You Found It ✨
I've been practicing something small. Not a full reset. Not "clean the whole living room." 🙅‍♀️ Just this: every time I leave a space, I leave it a little prettier than I found it. 💥 Before bed? I put away two books. 📚 Made my breakfast? I clean up one thing that was still on the counter - mine, someone else's, doesn't matter. 🍳 Walking through the kitchen? One mug in the dishwasher. ☕ One thing. That's it. ✨ No judgment. No "ugh, what a mess." Just: okay, I'll pick up one thing. 🌱 And here's the magic⭐ all those little moments add up. The house gets lighter. Happier. 🏡💫 Next time I walk in? It's already a little nicer than the last time that I walked in. It's not cleaning. It's MICRO LOOP-CLOSING 🔄💛 Try it today. One thing. One space. That's enough. 🌿✨

@Renee Kers I love the ”Micro Loop Closing” term🤗 going to use it! I’ve been trying that the last weeks. Such a satisfaction to close that little loop☺️ Like when I drink water, now I wash the glass right away instead of putting it in the zink for later with all the other unwashed things. It’s so quickly done, less than one minute and it doesn’t take up space in my mind for the rest of the day.😅 That simple microloop closing gives me so much energy back.🥰

Healing tears✨🙏🙏🙏
Just completed all 5 sections of the Awakening Assessment. The biggest realization: I've spent my life believing I had to feel exhausted to feel I'd done enough. One delegated birthday party showed me a different truth, and now I'm seeing the pattern everywhere.

@Peggy Walman 🙏❤️ I’m sorry that you also had to go through that❤️ wow what a journey we have been on. Hopefully as we heal we also feel the freedom and power to stretch our beautiful wings again! ✨

Ouff!
The mirror principle just clicked. The "mess" in my attic isn't clutter. It's the half-finished dreams I haven't been ready to grieve. Turns out I haven't been procrastinating decluttering. I've been protecting myself from deciding which versions of me get to live and which ones I finally lay to rest.

@Lynn Berry @Melody Vi @Kat Main @Nan Muri @Heather Jensen @Leonie Osborne @Jim Ebbelaar How powerfull of an advice from Ai It suffested to start by the grieving process not by decluttering. No neurotypical would say that😂 They would say(and have always said) -But it’s so easy Just focus, just do it, rent a car and drive all the mess to the garbage disposal. What are you waiting for? Or things like that.😞 But this resonates so much, feel more right for me❤️ Are maybe the 5 steps of grief better appliable in these situations when we are stuck in decluttering-paralysis for years? What do you think about these thoughts? 🌸

That voice…💔
Just finished all 3 sections of my ADHD Snapshot and realized something I'd missed for years: I've been trying to fix the output - the lateness, the overwhelm pauses, the procrastination - when the real wall is the unkind voice I use on myself every single day. No wonder therapy and medication couldn't reach it.

@Leonie Osborne Thak you🙏 Right? It’s given me such an insight. I’m going to sit with it a lot. Sometimes that voice has a frequency that brakes through all. But the meditations and affirmation have helped me a lot to change that vibration.❤️ it getting easier to speak to myself with more compassion. 🌸 Have you
