Hi everyone - I’m getting lots of requests for my services from people I can’t help because they are not UK based or have not studied in the UK. In order of volume they’re from: US, India/Pakistan, Africa (Ghana, Nigeria), Canada. There’s a mix of seniorities but mainly early career/mid. Also - I’m getting a few mid-senior UK professionals wanting career coaching support. I don’t serve that level of seniority. I’m looking for great career coaches who I can send the leads to and set up referral commission if they become clients. Please comment below if you think you can help with this? Thanks all! Dan

So great to be here and I'm excited to connect with you all. A little about me 😃 I've had my coaching business for 3 years now (time flies, I can't believe it). I work with mid-senior corporate professionals mostly in the Finance and Tech disciplines. (think manager to director level) My clients have around 15-20 years of experience and they feel stuck and a bit disillusioned in their current position. They want help figuring out what they want for the next phase of their career. My coaching programme focuses a lot on deep coaching at the beginning (mindset, beliefs, values etc) and then when we know what they want we move onto the practical approach of how to get the job which is where I pull on my recruitment experience! Previous to having my own business I worked in Recruitment for a decade. I did 5 years as a consultant at a recruitment agency so learnt a lot about sales and then I did 5 years in-house finishing my corporate career as the global recruitment manager heading up the finance, HR and Legal recruitment teams. The last 3 years have been a wild ride and I finally feel like I'm getting the hang, but there is still soooo much more I want to do so I'm really excited to meet fellow coaches and learn from you all Also - I'm based in Amsterdam and have lived here for 14 years but am originally from London UK, so if there's anyone else here in the EU time zone or close by it'd be awesome to connect especially for the pod!
