Great video and so important. Cheap dopamine is never the answer resetting those circuits is important. Thanks for sharing!
Better men = better country
With a diferent angle, this video confirns what Mike tells us everyday. Hit the gym, read books, care more about your neighbours and life. In short, low T might be the cause for so many men being apaphetic towards gov corruption and authoritairian rules. Keep checking yourselves, guys.

Weekends
I have a bad habit of not doing anything or going anywhere on weekends. I usually play video games the entire weekend and watch college football when it’s in season. When the basketball team I coach is in season (Feb-July) I have games to go to, but I don’t do anything when I’m not in season. What do MOA do on weekends? I live a boring life and I need to start doing things, but I’m not sure what to do. Any suggestions?

@Max Peck I’d like to surround myself with beautiful women, and if friend zoning them would help me be successful sexually/romantically with other women, I’d like to do that. I’d also like to be around successful men because I do believe you are who you surround yourself with. I know the first step to this is fixing my instagram, so that’s what I need to do first.

@Yingdi Liu I’m a very positive person when it comes to life. I just don’t think I’m a very fun person. Not a lot of things excite me, but I think I should maybe try new things and maybe something unexpected will excite me and become a new hobby or something.
Improvement
Any practical tips on how to be the best man I can possibly be? I’m 32 and I feel like I can be better, but I’m not sure where to start.

@Kyle Sullivan I feel that. I teach middle school PE and I think coaching sports and helping kids is what makes me, me. What about you?

@Erwin Beroncal Great point!
Working as a bouncer...perfect example of what's wrong...
I have mentioned a couple times in different threads that I work as a bouncer in Orange County, CA. I see the best...I see the worst. Last night, two instance stood out. 1) A guy was cold approaching several women. Not having any luck at all. Which is not unusual. The part that stood out. When one woman was leaving the bar, he yelled to get her attention. Literally ran over to her, tripping on his way. To give her his name and number that he had written on a coaster. She looked at her friends, they all laughed and threw the coaster on the ground as they left. 2) A woman was complaining that Costco needed to start selling Plan B. Because she was tired of paying $65 at Walgreens. Both of these are examples of why MOA is so important, and truly effective.

Such an interesting perspective you have. I used to be that guy who would hit on every woman at the bar and I was rarely successful. It gets frustrating after multiples misses night after night, but that’s why I like the MOA program. I want to create attraction through other means because my way clearly has not worked. Thanks for posting this and hopefully none of the guys here ever find themselves in that situation again, including myself.
