One of my goals this year was to have more threesomes and Sat night I did. Now the reason why I decided to write the post was not to toot my own horn, but to show you guys this shit works! Let me explain… When it comes to pursuing girls I am pretty lazy. I run a biz that takes most my time and usually don’t really want to do much else other than work. So don’t really do anything 1-1 unless I am very confided something will happen from it. As a result just like my business I decided to build my IG as a funnel to have girls come to me rather than me come to them. I did this my really focusing on having lots of pre-selection photos of me with hot girls and showing a cool life in the stories I post. Every single post, story and caption, just like my business, I put quite a bit of thought behind it. In the past on my personal IG I use to post a bit of biz content as well, but found mainly posting pre-selection and cool travel pics to work much better for my social goals outside of business. Since starting to really dial in this funnel I have seen some pretty good results in terms of girls engaging with my content and coming to my events. Sat night was the same. I was already chilling with a girl at my place when another hits me up also wanting to hangout that night. I had only met her a few times at a couple other events I had thrown. The girl I was with is bi and I knew the one that had messaged me was as well, so told her to come hangout with us and the rest is history. The cool thing was this took zero effort from me. I just post cool shit on my IG and then have the girls DM me wanting to hangout and then seal the deal. So moral of the story, fix your fucking IG, have cool events, don’t be creepy and girls will just come to you with minimal effort. Exactly what Mike teaches 🫡

Operation take over Melbourne – Pt 3 🦘 Had my first ever comp dinner on Friday with 4 hots girls and then a comp table at a club where another 3 hot girls joined us. Money is not an issue for me, but pretty awesome to have places pay for your food and drinks just for bringing girls. The event was a big success and got heaps of content. The main goal of the event was for the owner to get more people to his club and in exchange he gave me a comp dinner at one of his restaurants. He was expecting the 6 people from dinner to come to the club but I decided to over deliver and we ended up having 10 people with 7 being hot girls and not having enough space in our allocated booth haha. Took massive action on Sat as well and did a bit of cold approaching and got a few more hot girls IG’s and then also did some prospecting at a fitness expo the next day! Pretty awesome to start having multiple girls know you whenever you are out. Had a random girl in the elevator ask if I am Leonard De Beer because she followed my IG and felt she really knew me – I have never met her before. Really just focusing on top of funnel events at the moment as was happy with the girls at the event, but want to get even hotter girls. In the process of reaching out to more bar, restaurant and club owners but proving to be a bit of a pain as communication is super slow by them and they are not that organized. Operation take over Melbourne – Pt 2 🦘 We back again. Made some good progress since the last event. Had a drinks and pizza at my place where we had 7 girls show up and there only be me and one other guy. The event was a success and everyone had a lot of fun. One of the key things I have changed with future events though is just focusing on only hot girls. 8’s and above only. Was a bit sad because it meant I had to cull about 20% of my list. What Luke Chase said to me made sense though in the fact that you are judged by the least attractive girl in your photos and that having 2 super hot girls is much better than a bunch of average girls. I also find my content performs better especially pictures where it’s a closer shot of me and super hot girls as opposed to a more further away shot to get all the girls in but they are less attractive. I have also started doing a bit of cold approach at night again. I find its much better to vet girls and actually see how they look like in real life without all the photoshop and filters. It is a bit more time consuming but I find I am able to connect with hotter ones doing that. One crazy thing that happened to me was that for some reason when girls would follow me IG would give them is warming sign and then not let them message me for like 10 minutes. Curious if anyone else has had that? One big W I got was that from taking a lot of action on of the owners of a bunch of clubs and restaurants noticed me and reached out to ask if I would be keen in working together. Took a little bit of follow up with him but managed to set up a comp dinner and then table at one of the top clubs in Melbourne. Really happy with this as comp dinners are not really a thing in Melbourne. Got the event set up for next week Friday so will keep you guys posted! Onwards!

Here is my list of the key takeaways, hope they add value to someone else as well: 💪 “The bigger the boobs, the less the accountability” – Hot girls are constantly being invited to a bunch of events which means if your event is not the biggest at the time a high flake rate. As a result you should be inviting way above the needed amount of girls and getting a gauge on the general flake rate percentage to know how many to invite. 💪 The power of breaking rapport – This took me a while to understand, but the idea behind breaking rapport is essentially a pattern interrupt that causes people to want to pay attention to you and learn more about you. Some effectives ways to do this is through: Comedy, status, value arbitrage (Connector, suggester, content creator), pre-selection and disqualification. Once you see this in practice you will be doing everything you can to repeat it. 💪 Treat them the same, make them talk about themselves – I lost count how many times I heard him say this during our time together, but its such a valuable lesson. 💪 The power of social media – There is a reason why the MOA motto is ‘Fix your fucking Instagram’. Everything I post is very thought out based on the brand that I want to represent to the world. When you are able to get this right, you will be amazed by the opportunities that come to you. I regularly have girls messaging me and other high status guys reaching out wanting to network / throw events together. 💪 It’s not about who you know, but who knows you – When you are able to get on the radar of other high status people you get invited to high status events which then serve as the perfect opportunity to invite girls from your list and further scale your network. 💪 Always be looking to add value to other people based on their PDE – You always want to be seen as the valuable guy that gives more than what you take. This will cause your relationships to really blossom and as a result get more access to things. 💪 The content is more important than the event – Learn how to take amazing content and make all events look even better than what they were. This helps a lot with IVE, having people see you as high status and serves as an easy way to add value to others and open threads with them.

Thought it would be a cool little project to document my journey to taking over Melbourne. I usually do a bit of journaling but decided to also turn it into posts to add value to others and keep me more accountable. Before embarking on this journey I had lived overseas for the last 4 years and had spoken to no-one back in Melbourne so when I arrived back I was starting at completely zero. I was in the process of starting my business so did not want any distractions. Once getting back I did a couple of little events and got a little bit of momentum, but then the business got so many fires I had to stop and go full monk mode for around 8 months and lost all momentum. But, now I am back and back into the swing of things! One of the big things that I have noticed is the importance of social momentum. If you don’t do an event or post decent preselection stories people quickly forget about you. As a result I have been focusing on doing fortnightly events and mixing up the event type from top of the funnel to bottom of the funnel events. When I first got back into doing things my first event I had 2 girls show up, my next event I had 4 and the recent one I did I had 5 (social momentum). One of the interesting thing that I have noticed is that girls often message among themselves to see if they are coming to the event and if they are the others are much more likely to come as well. This however is a problem if they don’t know anyone. I try to counter this by saying they can bring friends, but then if none of her friends want to come she does not either generally unless she is quite confident and out going. Curious if anyone has a suggestion on how to overcome this aside from have a good IG account and preselection content? Doing events on different days works well also. Quite a few of the girls that I invite to things are always working on a Friday night when I have the event so doing one on Thursday had more show up and there was also less competition in the form of other events.
