We attended a good friend’s wedding yesterday at a beautiful venue, and it was a fantastic day spent with family and friends. My son was unofficially recognized as the best-dressed man in attendance 🤣. The best part is that he picked out almost his entire outfit himself with very little input from me. For the wedding, I wore a beige linen suit paired with a light blue check dress shirt, brown penny loafers, a brown belt, and a Seiko dive watch. My son chose a blue-and-white seersucker suit—a Southern classic—along with a white dress shirt, straw fedora with a blue band, brown woven belt, and brown penny loafers. I was proud to see him put together such a classic, age-appropriate outfit and wear it with confidence. Here are a few photos of our family from the wedding.

😁I did it for the first time. it took about 30 mins in the oven. I added a little coconut oil, lemon juice, sushi ginger and spices, also have a little tartar sauce & wassabe on the side. I had never even tried this type of Salmon. Was a little scared to eat, but actually very very very good! In Class A uniform today for the graduation day of my Cadets. 40 cadets, 4 Junior Leaders, 3 adult leaders and 2 photographers. It's been a long week. Have had time to post much this week. Many officer to thank for helping out and alot of volunteers. Building the future leaders for tomorrow is put mission and teaching our core values of Duty, Honor, Integrity, Courage, Self-less Service and Compassion and giving them expectations they need to hold themselves to.

There's a lot of ground to cover, but the short version of positive news I have to tell you is that I am training for an ultra marathon. First step, 3K without stopping, then a 5k without stopping, then a half marathon, then a marathon without injury, then the ultra marathon in Greece. I can comfortably do a 5K now, but I stop here and there. By which I mean I stop running, not stop moving forward. The plan, given my current state, is to run the ultramarathon in a few years for my 40th birthday

Well today I actually grabbed the right pair of brown trousers. I had only worn the pink shirt to church yesterday, so I thought I would reconstruct yesterday’s intended outfit. But then I thought that might be boring so I changed coat and tie and pocket square.
