Waist and chest size
I've lost 18 inches of my chest and waist. That's a foot and a half. I'm not special. If I can do it, you can do it!

Juneteenth musings
Though Juneteenth did not magically make equality happen, it was an important step, and there is a lesson there. The staircase to equality must be constructed, and one must constantly work on it. Lincoln did not live to see the legislation that followed the 13th amendment, martin luther king did not live to see the first African-American president, but nevertheless both were instrumental to Building that staircase. Our lives are finite, but our legacies are not. Help build that staircase.

Well said William!
Linen over cotton
Good evening gents! With temperatures rising in London I decided it was time to finally give linen the chance it deserves. Having only worn linen shirts, opting for linen trousers to match was new to me. But, it was a chance I was willing to take. In my commute, I found myself feeling incredibly comfortable and even told some workmates how relieved I felt when I took a chance on something new. I couldn’t help noticing how many men were still wearing heavier cotton shirts and full suits. Many looked far less comfortable than they probably wanted to be. For this outfit I went with: - Oatmeal collarless linen shirt — Charles Tyrwhitt - Navy linen trousers — Charles Tyrwhitt - Brown leather belt — Anson Belt - Brown loafers — Thursday Boots - Black no-show socks - Vincero Chrono with brown alligator leather strap What surprised me most was how comfortable the outfit remained throughout the day while still feeling suitably smart for the office.
