Today was a bit of a struggle after a really restless sleep. I missed logging in here yesterday but I'm proud of Team Take Action winning the squat challenge, way to go team!! ๐๐ฅณ I met my goal of completing 500 squats for the challenge so I'm proud of myself because I almost threw in the towel at 300 after getting home very late after a friend's birthday dinner, but with the support of the team I squeezed in my last 200 just in time! Today I've missed completing a few of my habits but I'm ready to do better tomorrow! โ
