Alright TEAM the day has come. The day we are going to take our mind and bodies into deep water and ELEVATE. The opportunity to SAY we are going to do something and SHOW UP to the best of out ability. FOR NO ONE other than ourselves and team. Let's get into it! The challenge this week is.. ๐Ÿฅ PLANK CHALLENGE. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿค“ This challenge is unique and amazing for the Mind and Body for the fact that it is a HOLD rather then a MOVEMENT. You sit with the discomfort and it's just you vs you. It's very interesting to observe the thoughts that come through in the presence of voluntary pain. โšก๏ธ So here's how its going to go down: ๐Ÿคœ๐Ÿป Set the timer on your phone - switch to timelapse and start recording - start planking. POST VIDEOS IN YOUR TEAM CHAT WITH THE AMOUNT OF TIME YOU PLANKED AND YOUR TOTAL. FOR EX: 1 minute - total 6 mins - post video. THE GOAL ๐Ÿฅ… - PLANK AS MUCH AS YOU CAN OVER 24 HOURS. Team with the MOST TIME PLANKED WINS. Please also note that you can do the planks on your elbows or hands. you can do side planks or whatever you choose! ๐Ÿ˜Œ Post your GOAL IN THE COMMENTS BELOW ๐Ÿ‘‡

Day 7
Today was a bit of a struggle after a really restless sleep. I missed logging in here yesterday but I'm proud of Team Take Action winning the squat challenge, way to go team!! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฅณ I met my goal of completing 500 squats for the challenge so I'm proud of myself because I almost threw in the towel at 300 after getting home very late after a friend's birthday dinner, but with the support of the team I squeezed in my last 200 just in time! Today I've missed completing a few of my habits but I'm ready to do better tomorrow! โœ… Drink more water โŒ Morning mindfulness practice โŒ Morning journal โœ… Evening journal โœ… Walk after work (I chose to walk the 50 minutes to my dance class instead of taking the bus!) โœ… Dance for 2 hours โŒ Time blocking

Day 4 ๐Ÿ’ช
It's only day 4 and I'm feeling physically and mentally stronger! Today we spent about 4 hours walking through a bird sanctuary before strolling along the ocean for another 2 hours, followed by a 2 hour sunset stroll when we got home (Total 18km 22,000 steps). I still haven't done my time blocking since this challenge started so I've made that a top priority for tomorrow! โœ… Morning intentional practice meditation โœ… Morning & evening journal โœ… V300 โœ… Increase water intake โŒ Clean eating (fish + chips while we were out) โŒ Time blocking

Day 3
Completed my evening journal ๐Ÿ˜Š realized while I was journalling that the one goal I've been struggling to make time for is time blocking so I'll be making sure to get that done tomorrow ๐Ÿ˜Š
