Alright TEAM the day has come. The day we are going to take our mind and bodies into deep water and ELEVATE. The opportunity to SAY we are going to do something and SHOW UP to the best of out ability.
FOR NO ONE other than ourselves and team.

The challenge this week is.. 🥁 PLANK CHALLENGE. 💪🏽🤓
This challenge is unique and amazing for the Mind and Body for the fact that it is a HOLD rather then a MOVEMENT.
You sit with the discomfort and it's just you vs you. It's very interesting to observe the thoughts that come through in the presence of voluntary pain.
⚡️ So here's how its going to go down:
🤜🏻 Set the timer on your phone - switch to timelapse and start recording - start planking. POST VIDEOS IN YOUR TEAM CHAT WITH THE AMOUNT OF TIME YOU PLANKED AND YOUR TOTAL.
FOR EX: 1 minute - total 6 mins - post video.
THE GOAL 🥅 - PLANK AS MUCH AS YOU CAN OVER 24 HOURS. Team with the MOST TIME PLANKED WINS.
Please also note that you can do the planks on your elbows or hands. you can do side planks or whatever you choose! 😌
