Today’s CYC meeting was so lit. 🔥
Being a part of this community continues to push me to share my story, resources & how I can help others be their best! I am so grateful for the momentum and energy that pours into me from our community and time together sharing stories and more! Part of my journey is me sharing how I can help others so as soon as I jumped off of our CYC meeting I jumped onto canva to create a simple flyer for my nutrition coaching that I’ve been holding off on (why …because I’ve been doubting myself! And sharing about this next part) No more of that! I know what I have to offer! So I’m sharing with the group for anyone who might want to chat more about it, or if you know of others that might benefit from it feel free to share! 🐬🐬🐬✨ more so than that I’m sharing for my own accountability! Such a good one today, thought I was pretty aware or toxins, nope! And the CYC sharing time is always my favorite, surround yourself with those who make you want to do the hard things to level up to them.
Midweek Motivation - Don’t Let up!

Writing in my gratitude journal daily, the time I do it doesn’t matter because my foundation is flexible but taking the time to reflect daily and be grateful is time I don’t give up!
