What is your favourite season to run in? Feel free to comment why! Mine is Summer. Up here in Edmonton we have very long, cold, dark winters so I LIVE for June and July mornings with early sunrises and warm temps.

Hi yall! Super stoked to join this group after recently finding this podcast. I am a former athlete who’s found her home in the gym with lifting but has always wanted to run a marathon.
