Orvel Douglas is a strict fruitarian for perhaps 10 yrs

I have found people who make outlandish claims, like being a breatharian, are always found to lie. As they have found many breatharians eating fast food even. Some people, due to low self esteem, feel the need to be purer, better, more restrictive than others. So they make claims how they eat very little and very restrictive when they dont. It’s really a form of eating disorder, maybe a delusion, like anorexia based upon low self esteem and wanting control. I doubt any man can sustain themselves on 1200 a day alone as the men in the Minnesota Starvation Experiment became very emaciated on 1500 calories a day. If he were a tiny sedentary woman of 5’ or less, yes but not a fully grown man. And those claiming to be fruitarians, actually do eat vegetables, even cooked starches and such at times, nuts, seeds, etc I find usually. As I think fruitarian to many is just a fruigavore. I think Anne Osborne might be fruitarian and seems fairly healthy, also Mango (who died) and Kveta although they look weak/unhealthy to me.

The webinar on Osteoporosis tonight was sooo valuable! THANKS dear Doug for all precious information! It was so well explained, simply, clearly and easy to understand. I have osteoporosis like 50% of the population for having eaten western diet before and even smoked when I was young... My family doctor tells me I have it because of my vegan diet without dairy product & meat LOL! She asked me to take calcium supplement and vit.D! Here in the north of Quebec, there is not enough sun and we are dressed up in winter clothes for the quite few months ... so I might have to take vit.D ... and most important will be to get stronger by demanding my muscles & bones to work as efficiently as possible like it was so well explained tonight!

Got Dexafit Scans and Testing Done
I got a Dexafit Body Scan, V02Max, and RMR Resting Metabolic Rate done. I was surprised to be 26% body fat my Bio impedance scale said I was 11.5%. I'm very under muscled and I do weightlift I'll share what weightlifting I do and my dexafit scan and test. I run 6 days a week too 4 to 6 miles each day so for me about 40 to 60 minutes per day so all steady state which is not good for muscles but will help me lose muscle so i have to do some HIT in there too. Any comments or help would be greatly appreciated. This post allows me to send up to 10 images so I'll try to attach the other 3 pages later if it will let me.

Home scales are inaccurate for measuring anything else besides body weight. They are great for that but dexa scans would be the accurate one.

@Derek Crans for body fat, no. I have done underwater weighing for body fat which is also pretty accurate. I do not own a smart scale though since their accuracy is poor at best. I can pretty much tell by my definition how lean I am though.

Please share how post-menopausal women can eat high fruit. Links to successful females helpful

I tend to eat more greens, cruciferous and omega 3s. All fruit doesnt make me feel well but the balance does.
