Tooth care and whole fruit eating
IF fruit is our species specific diet, why should we worry so much about water pikking and flossing when eating fruit? I read Dr WestonA Price's book from 1930-1940 about how he discovered that people eating whole foods but didn't know anything about toothbrushes and toothpaste had great teeth. Animals dont floss their teeth. What has made humans different that we need to pic and floss after eating fruit?

@Janet Anspach-Rickey you've sent me down an amazing rabbit hole! Thanks for mentioning it! Id like to just get granulated xylitol vs the mints and gums. Whats your thoughts on that?

@Janet Anspach-Rickey I believe my teeth healed when I went to whole foods. Had tons of fillings. Was told a tooth was cracked and id need a crown. Didn't have the $ for the crown. A different tooth ended up breaking in half. A filling fell out and another molar cracked in half. I was terrified of the pain i was going to be in! I couldn't afford ONE crown: how was i going to afford all of this repair? In all, 4 teeth (molars) broke in half and the filling fell out. This has been maybe 12 yrs ago. I neded up having one tooth pulled as the dentist said only a root canal could save it and I wasn't going to do that. Other than food getting stuck in the broken teeth, they have caused me no issues. No pain. The yellowing is what's bothering me now and I can't imagine tooth whitening is good for your teeth!

@Dr. Janie Unruh me either
Green consumption 🥬🥒
I just saw an Instagram post from Dr Graham talking about greens consumption recommendation. He was repeating, he was not recommending an only fruit diet and talking about 1% to 3% greens necessity per day / a pound of leafy green for an active men and a little less for a women. However, I remember reading in the 811 book, 2 to 6% per day of celery and leafy greens. Is it an update Dr Graham? Or am I missing something? Does any one know? Is it a minimum or the range ? Is more than 1 to 3% unnecessary? Thank you for reading!

@Timothy David Dr Brooke Goldner MD healed herself of Lupus on a high green diet (the first smoothie of the day holds 1# leafy greens). People following her protocol heal on non-organic greens.

@Timothy David the point was and is that for the past 15-18 years, she has helped 1000s heal from all sorts of diseases using conventional produce. She prefers and promotes organic but has proved over and over people can still heal using regular produce.
Orvel Douglas is a strict fruitarian for perhaps 10 yrs
And now he eats only one meal a day of fruit. And probably less than 1200 calories. In response to Doug Graham saying he doesnt know of anyone who eats strict fruit for over 2 yrs and being healthy in this video https://youtu.be/4AMHc6Zq29c?si=3K98ZzIBocJJ_Qjc

Tonight's Dr.D's Webinar on Osteoporosis
The webinar on Osteoporosis tonight was sooo valuable! THANKS dear Doug for all precious information! It was so well explained, simply, clearly and easy to understand. I have osteoporosis like 50% of the population for having eaten western diet before and even smoked when I was young... My family doctor tells me I have it because of my vegan diet without dairy product & meat LOL! She asked me to take calcium supplement and vit.D! Here in the north of Quebec, there is not enough sun and we are dressed up in winter clothes for the quite few months ... so I might have to take vit.D ... and most important will be to get stronger by demanding my muscles & bones to work as efficiently as possible like it was so well explained tonight!
