Hi, my name is Claudia. I joined Soldierfit almost a year ago and I am excited to take my training to the next level and build good habits to encourage my family to be healthier. My goal for the next 21 days is to improve my fitness and learn strategies to eat healthier. My biggest hurdle: it is hard to change habits, there is always a good excuse to start tomorrow.
