Accessories Help
Hey Brothers, I wanted to get some accessories for my outfits as I don’t have any at the moment. I’m pale skinned with a red undertone. I’ve seen that silver would suit me best. I found a nice watch for $45 and pendant necklace. The watch is a Casio MTP -1183 The pendant is from - Twistedpendant. (North Star) To symbolize direction and faith in the process of life. Or a compass pendant Would love to hear any recommendations.

@Chad Smith thanks for the insight. Cool to know you were a sailor.
Progress.
I just did my first one arm Dragon flag. Anti-rotation is real. You all have made such an impact with me going forward, so thank you again. I've been in a 1300 daily caloric deficit, on average anyway, for 11 months. In that time, I have gone down from 320 lb with absolutely zero muscle definition to 189 as of this morning with noticeable muscle definition, but the calisthenic kind, so I look more like Spider-Man and less like Batman. I'm almost done. I point that part out because it's important to know when to take breaks and when you reach the end of a quest that it's okay to not immediate the reach for a second one. One mark of a strong person is going forward, that's true, but another mark of a strong person is a person who knows when to breathe. I am very much looking forward to not eating in a deficit anymore, because while this deficit has helped me shrink and focus, what's the point in being lean and strong and fast if I'm not firing on all cylinders? Take time for you. It's not selfish to make sure that you rested, especially if the reason you're being rested is so you can be in service to others at full capacity

@J Kennedy Amazing. Hope it goes well. I definitely relate to balanced energy levels since improving my diet. Glad it’s been beneficial for you.

Today is a rather basic day with no meetings. Unusual, to say the least. That said, I am looking forward to catching up with a host of long-term internal projects, billing, and getting out the job ad. Today’s no-meeting office outfit uses charcoal, blue, and burgundy, with warm gold and brown accents. • Vest — VWC‑006 (Hart Schaffner Marx): A charcoal-gray wool herringbone vest with light-gray detailing, five dark buttons, and a full lining. It provides business structure without the repetition or added warmth of another navy blazer. • Shirt — DS‑050 (Savile Row Company): A lightweight blue and light-blue Prince of Wales-check cotton-poplin shirt in slim-fit size 16–35.5. The cutaway collar and shortened French cuffs give it a crisp, tailored character. • Undershirt — US‑002 (Ralph Lauren Polo): A white cotton Classic Fit crew-neck undershirt in XL. Its comfortable, regular-to-roomy fit supplies a discreet base beneath the patterned shirt. • Trousers — SL‑002: Tailored dark-charcoal wool odd trousers with a light-gray salt-and-pepper birdseye texture and matte finish. The medium-weight cloth and 1.5-inch cuffs provide visual substance while remaining clearly differentiated from the vest. • Tie — NT‑029 (Fort Belvedere): A classic burgundy grenadine-silk tie with matte texture, three-fold construction, and hand-rolled edges. The rich burgundy warms the gray-and-blue foundation; tied in a balanced Half-Windsor to fill the cutaway collar. • Pocket Square — PS‑035 (Fort Belvedere): A 17-inch white linen square with a burgundy hand-rolled X-stitch edge. A restrained puff fold repeats the tie’s color without creating another rigid geometric pattern. • Belt — B‑016 (Johnston & Murphy): A 1.25-inch burgundy leather belt with edge stitching and a gold-tone buckle. It connects the burgundy tie to the outfit’s warm metal and leather accents. • Footwear — DSh‑008 (Thursday Boots): Cinnamon-brown full-grain leather double monks with brass buckles, Blake stitching, and leather soles. Their warm patina complements the belt and watch while adding more character than a conventional black Oxford.
