What ifโ€ฆ we were to take out all โ€œempty spaceโ€ in the human body?
Between atoms, that is, as you might be aware remembering high school physic class and the model of atoms with electrons circling around a nucleus. According to the Institute of Physics in the UK, if we were to take out that empty space within the atoms, the whole mass of humankind would be reduced to a cube a sugar!! Only that โ€“ itโ€™s not actual empty space. ๐ˆ๐ญโ€™๐ฌ ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐š๐œ๐ž ๐Ÿ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž๐ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐ž๐ง๐ž๐ซ๐ ๐ฒ! And that energy you can make your own and align to what you truly want in life. More often than not these days, we only get by. We do what we think we SHOULD be doing, rather following external expectations than fulfilling our dreams and visions. Thatโ€™s what we help you with in the LIFEsurfers: ๐… In the LIFEsurfers, we dive deep into different topics each month, including energy and time management, relationships, life purpose, productivity and many more, delivered in: ๐Ÿค™ ๐›๐ข๐ญ๐ž-๐ฌ๐ข๐ณ๐ž๐ ๐ฏ๐ข๐๐ž๐จ๐ฌ, ๐š๐ฎ๐๐ข๐จ๐ฌ, ๐ญ๐จ๐จ๐ฅ๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ฅ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž ๐œ๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ, to explore: ๐Ÿค™ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฌ๐œ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ ๐›๐š๐œ๐ค๐ ๐ซ๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐ฌ, ๐‡๐ฎ๐ฆ๐š๐ง ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฌ๐ข๐ ๐ง ๐š๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐˜๐Ž๐”๐‘ ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ฎ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž ๐ข๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ๐ฌ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ž๐š๐œ๐ก ๐ญ๐จ๐ฉ๐ข๐œ, so that: ๐Ÿค™ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐ฅ๐ž๐š๐ซ๐ง ๐ญ๐จ ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ซ๐Ÿ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฐ๐š๐ฏ๐ž๐ฌ ๐ฅ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ž ๐ซ๐จ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ ๐š๐ญ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐ž๐š๐ฌ๐ž, ๐œ๐จ๐ง๐Ÿ๐ข๐๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž ๐š๐ง๐ ๐Ÿ๐ฎ๐ง, ๐š๐ง๐ ๐Ÿ’ซ ๐œ๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ญ๐ž ๐˜๐Ž๐”๐‘ ๐ฅ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ž ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ฆ๐š๐ ๐ข๐œ - ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ฅ๐ž๐ญ ๐ข๐ญ ๐ซ๐ข๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ž ๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐จ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ฅ๐! What ifโ€ฆ we were to take out all โ€œempty spaceโ€ in the human body?
Please Introduce Yourself
One of the most important things I've learned since becoming an online entrepreneur is that the most important thing you can do to grow your business is to build relationships. Many of us (myself included) have rushed to promote our groups and services that we care so deeply about. And it only makes sense - we are excited about what we are doing! Today, I'd like to invite you to take a step back and introduce yourself to the group by answering the following questions: 1. Who are you personally? 2. Who are you professionally? 3. What is something you love doing outside of work? 4. What is something surprising about you? As you open up and make more connections, you will find that not only are people more interested in what you do, but they will also be more interested in helping you make connections with other people they know! ๐Ÿ˜‰ After you introduce yourself, please scroll through the other introductions and add a comment to someone you have something in common with or would like to know more about. ๐Ÿ˜Š Please add your introduction in the comments below! โฌ‡๏ธ

@Shannon Boyer no way... that's crazy how much overlap we have (and that's Sandra speaking again ๐Ÿ˜‰). I've actually created a 12 week self-paced online program last year for moms in STEM (science/technology/engineering/math-medicine) to go from surviving to thriving (aka, burnout revention) - but when Chris knocked on the door with the idea of starting the group here, I've put that a little bit on ice (as it wasn't gaining immediate momentum anyways) and shifted gears. We'll see what 2026 brings!

๐Ÿ“ˆ How to grow your Community using the Classifieds
I'm talking about my experience with this community and how it helped me go from 10 members to almost 50, with most of them coming from here. 1. Ask for feedback. At first I was just figuring out what I was trying to do, and my first posts were all about asking people for feedback. It turns out my message was far from being clear and I was really bad at selling what I did. After some honest and sometimes harsh feedbacks, I kept reinventing myself untill people finally understood what I was doing. If you can't explain what you do in one sentence, you need to improve your message. 2. Don't just post the same ad everyday. Be creative and test different things out. This place is perfect to test an idea you have, so give more than just a copy-paste of your about page. Talk a little bit about what you're doing, about the value you provide. Teach something. Make people intrigued. Write something that will make them interact with your post, like a question or a poll. Offer an opportunity so people feel like they have to join in order to take it. 3. Leave the CTA (Call To Action - requesting people to join your Community) at the end, not the title. Use the title to get people's attention, write a text that makes them want to keep reading and at the end make a CTA that will make them feel stupid for not joining your community. 4. Be consistent. People might need to see you more than once to be convinced. Post everyday, each time trying out something different, providing some valuable piece of content and a different perspective to the problem you're solving. Eventually people here will get familiar with you and they will want to join your community to get more of what you're posting. This is my community. I help people figure out the right tech tools for their businesses so they don't waste money on junk.

Thanks for this share @Paulo Costa ! Just starting out here, but this helps to keep in mind for sure!
How to get great results from your posts in this community!
I asked Chatty G to analyze the posts in this group that have the highest engagement (excluding admin posts) and make recommendations about how people could create better posts. This is what it said: Iโ€™ve been spending some time looking at the posts here to figure out why some take off while others barely get seen โ€” and the patterns are pretty clear. If you want your promo post to actually get attention (and not just disappear into the feed), hereโ€™s what Iโ€™ve noticed consistently works: ๐Ÿ’ก 1. Lead with something people care about โ€” not just the name of your offer. Instead of starting with โ€œJoin my groupโ€ or โ€œHereโ€™s my course,โ€ open with a question, a challenge, or a common pain point your audience has. The best-performing posts usually make the reader think โ€œOh, thatโ€™s me.โ€ ๐ŸŽฏ 2. Keep the focus tight. Posts that promote one clear thing โ€” a free resource, a single workshop, a focused offer โ€” get far more engagement than those that list everything you do. If you have multiple things to share, make separate posts over time. ๐Ÿ“ˆ 3. Show the benefit, not just the feature. Telling people โ€œI run a membershipโ€ is less compelling than โ€œI help coaches sign their first 5 clients.โ€ Always connect what youโ€™re offering to the result it creates. ๐Ÿค 4. Make it feel like an invitation, not a sales pitch. The posts with the most traction donโ€™t pressure anyone. They share something valuable and then say, โ€œIf this sounds helpful, hereโ€™s where to go.โ€ A soft invitation builds more trust here than a hard sell. โœจ 5. Demonstrate your value inside the post itself. A short insight, quick tip, or example of your expertise within the post does more to build credibility than any list of credentials. It gives people a reason to believe you before they ever click. None of this requires being pushy or salesy โ€” itโ€™s just about making sure your message is framed in a way that resonates. The more valuable and relevant we make our posts, the more this space will work for all of us. What do you think? Have you noticed the same or different patterns?

This is so helpful!! There is energy behind everything we say and HOW we say it, so that's something to consider - having a "high vibe" to really have the highest benefit of the person we talk to in mind, concentrating on THEM rather than on us.
