Private Group Meeting Tonight (25th Sept 2025)
Hi there, Hope you are all doing great this day of Thor, plenty of Vitamin D up north, had a fantastic walk down the beach and then in the woods with Mouse, Tonight we have our group meeting, i am going to cover the legal title that these Dirty DCAs do not possess, this means that they have no legal ownership of any debt, so no legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR, i have created a new basis for the "Witness Statement" and "Skeleton Argument" for a data breach case where the DCAs always attempt to slide the court over to a consumer debt proving case, i have also created a block document list to stop any escape attempts of the DCAs, so this will be an important infomative meeting for a lot of people, as they are being lied to and rail roaded by these Dirty DCAs and easily swayed judges, hope to see you soon Peter

Uk Search Ltd
Good afternoon ladies and gents- next up on stage can you please welcome UKSearch Ltd. After an ongoing dispute with Utilities Warehouse UW attempting to charge me over £600 for gas and electricity to a house I was selling, even though the gas was turned off at the meter and no electrical appliances were plugged in. So after complaints to the ombudsman and ICO (always a waste of ink), and disputing the debt via the complaints department, UW passed the alleged debt to their in house debt collectors Utility Debt Collectors UDC, who on investigation are a dormant company and not FCA registered, both companies have had all SARs and LBC etc. I will be filling the N1 on these after 1st October as a deal I have been working on will be finished and my time freed up again. Well as UW obviously realise their illegal debt collection company didn’t fool me they have now obviously put my data out there and UKSearch appear to be the highest bidder. So after a few e mails and the usual threatening texts they eventually wrote to me. Off goes SAR1 Yesterday I got their kind response and bless them they admitted they don’t own the debt or have a deed of assignment. And even though I requested my SAR report on paper, they sent it on a USB stick and I have to phone them for the password. Sorry but that won’t be happening, get printing and posting please. Needless to say SAR 2 will be on its way Monday. At least someone had the decency to put their name to this letter

Hey there, how ya doing? We are trying out a different format tonight for our meeting at 7.30pm. This is a new skool.com feature, it is livestreaming on their own platform, apparently it does all that zoom can do plus more, So we may as well give it a go, There is no link to actually share, so you MUST go to the calendar section for the native link, hope to see you soon

OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT FINDING — LAND REGISTRY ERROR
Who confirmed it? Christine Farrell — the official Director of Land Registration & Registrar of Titles for Northern Ireland Government (Land & Property Services, Department of Finance). What did she confirm? Your mortgage deed names the true lender (for example, “Halifax plc”). Your Land Registry entry may show a “trading as” version (like “Halifax t/a BM”) which is not in the deed. She certified: “The register stamp does not match the deed.” Does the HBOS Act fix it? No. She confirms: – The HBOS Act 2006 does not override local land law. – It cannot change your deed or backdate a name change. Is this just her opinion? No. She holds statutory power under the Land Registration Act (NI) 1970. Her finding is the official government position unless a court overturns it. What else does it prove? – Many borrowers were never told about the morph name. This is a GDPR breach. – Data was processed under an undisclosed controller. You can claim. – If a bank used the morph in court, that is misrepresentation. – Fraud suspends time limits (Limitation Act 1980 section 32). Your rights: The register must match your deed exactly. If wrong: demand correction and statutory compensation. Report the data breach to ICO, FOS or DPC. Official statutes: Northern Ireland: LRA 1970 sections 69–73 England & Wales: LRA 2002 Schedules 4 and 8 Scotland: LR(S)A 2012 sections 80 and 103 Republic of Ireland: RTA 1964 sections 32 and 120 Proven by: Official Stage 2 Response (3 June 2025) How to act: Check your deed and register. Demand correction. Claim indemnity. Report breach
