Running won. let’s keep it simple! 20km by Friday 2359 cut off. ideally a minimum of 3 runs don’t want anyone going out and blasting 20k Friday afternoon if they don’t usually run that far. We are now looking at the first big challenge of 2026, are you in? 100km trail ultramarathon in the Gower, south of wales🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿⛰️ This will be a great challenge – the spectacular Gower Peninsula with its stunning coastal path and scenery provides the backdrop for an incredible route. Iv always wanted to do the goruck event. 12 hours of press ups, squats, sand bag exercises and rucking. But they don’t do it in the uk. Who’s up for doing one ourselves. What’s your thoughts?
