You can ask me questions about: - anything I want to get these things from ADHD Harmony: - clarity and develop good habits of being consistent in taking action in daily life For fun, I like to: - Weight train, stand up-comedy, watch shows/movies, hang out with friends Optionally share one or more pictures of something meaningful to you

ADHD snapshot 3
Just finished all 3 sections of my ADHD Snapshot and realized something wild: I've been calling myself "paralyzed" while consuming endless self-help content, but the one place I'm already consistent is my strength training 4-5x a week. Turns out I have evidence of what consistency feels like in my body - I just never connected it to the rest of my life.

ADHD snapshot 2
Section 2 of my Snapshot just hit different. I always called it frustration or being stuck. Turns out what I've actually been carrying for over a decade is grief - for dreams I quietly delayed, relationships I didn't pursue, and a version of myself I stopped believing in. And the daily cycle I can't break? It's not willpower. It's nervous system.

ADHD snapshot 1
Just finished the first section of my ADHD Snapshot and realized I spent 25 years calling myself lazy for something that had a name the whole time. Diagnosed at 39 with inattentive ADHD. The biggest reveal: my "paralysis" isn't a malfunction, it's a protective strategy. As long as I don't start, I can't be judged for failing. That changes things.
