🧭 Daily Check-In
Use this thread to post your daily check-in. This is a shared accountability space. It's not a challenge and it’s not a discussion thread. It’s a simple record of what you did that day. --- 🦁 The Lionheart Framework (The Standard) Every check-in reflects one of four day types. These are not ranks or achievements. They describe the day you actually had. - Initiate Day → fewer than 3 pillars - Warrior Day → 3 to 4 pillars - Guardian Day → 5 to 6 pillars - Lionheart Day → 7 to 9 pillars All four days are valid if they are reported honestly. Your streak is based on checking in, not on hitting a certain number. --- ✅ How to Check In Post once per day. Keep it short and honest. Include both of the following: 1️⃣ Your Day Type Based on how many pillars you practiced today: - Initiate Day → fewer than 3 pillars - Warrior Day → 3 to 4 pillars - Guardian Day → 5 to 6 pillars - Lionheart Day → 7 to 9 pillars 2️⃣ What You Did Either: - List the pillars you completedor - Briefly state what you actually did Photos are encouraged, not required. --- 🧱 Pillars Reference Use the Lionheart Pillars to log your day: 👉 Lionheart Method | 9 Pillars of Mastery Need examples, clarification, or ideas? 👉 Lionheart Pillar Playbook --- 📝 Example Check-Ins Warrior Day (4/9) Exercise • Hydrate • Nourish • Reflect Guardian Day (6/9) Lifted • Walked outside • Hydrated • Ate clean • Read 10 min • Logged Initiate Day (2/9) Rough day. Walked. Hydrated. Checked in. All of these count if they are honest. --- ⚖️ The Standard (Read This) - You don’t need perfect days. - You do need visible ones. Miss a pillar? Log it. Miss a workout? Log it. Miss the day? Check in anyway. This system works because nothing is hidden. --- 🔁 Weekly Review At the end of the week, post your summary in:

📣 Project Lionheart is Back! 🦁
Welcome back. Project Lionheart has been stripped down to what actually works. This is not a challenge. It is an accountability system built to enforce consistency and prevent drifting off course. Nothing here is about motivation. Everything here is about follow-through. We are not starting over. We are tightening the system. 🔥 What This Is Now Project Lionheart exists for daily accountability and weekly course correction. There are no badges. There are no proof threads. There is no performance theater. There are only three requirements: • Take action every day • Check in every day • Review the week honestly If you do those three things, progress happens. 🧭 How We Operate Daily Check-Ins Every day, you check in. You log what you actually did using the Lionheart Method. You name the kind of day you had. You can list the pillars you completed if you want, but that is optional. You keep the streak alive by staying visible. These are simple records of what you did that day, not explanations and not excuses. Daily check-ins are what keep standards from slipping. Weekly Reset Once per week, you stop and review. You look at patterns. You identify what worked and what didn’t. You correct course for the week ahead. No clean slates. No emotional resets. Just adjustment. Wins & Lessons At the end of the week, you post your Wins & Lessons. This is where you summarize: • What you did • What you learned • What you are changing next This keeps accountability public and prevents quiet backsliding. 💡 Why This Works Most people don’t fail because they lack intensity. They fail because they stop paying attention. Daily check-ins create awareness. Weekly review creates correction. Consistency is enforced, not wished for. ⚔️ The Standard You do not need perfect days. You do need honest ones. If you miss a day, you report it the next day and move on. If a week goes sideways, you review it and correct. That is how discipline is built. ✅ What to Do Now 1️⃣ Read: Start Here

🦁 Wins & Lessons | Week of October 7–13
We’re back for a new week of growth and momentum. Take a few minutes to reflect, reset, and recommit using this format: 1️⃣ Wins: What went right last week? What are you proud of? 2️⃣ Lessons: What did you learn or notice about yourself, your training, or your habits? 3️⃣ Focus: What will you carry forward this week? Keep it short, honest, and real. You on’t need perfection, just awareness and direction. Let’s rise stronger, one week at a time. 🦁

Win: Even though I’ve been exhausted and stretched thin between school, weddings, and church, I still showed up. I'm back on my grind after that wake-up call in my private lesson, and I’ve stayed consistent since. Lesson: I realized I don’t need to chase anything or anyone right now. I just need to stay faithful to the process. Consistency is the key. Focus for the Week Ahead: Early mornings, clean fuel, and intentional rest. I’m not new to this, I’m true to this.
⚡ The Lionheart Method | 9 Pillars of Mastery
Discipline is built through small, consistent actions. The Lionheart Method is the foundation for your daily check-ins and reflections. The pillars give you clear options for how to show up on any given day and help you build momentum over time. Each time you post a check-in, choose actions from the pillars below and log your progress. ➡️ View the Lionheart Pillar Playbook for examples, starter ideas, and inspiration. The 9 Pillars Lead with Courage 🧭 Do the hard things that help you grow.Leadership begins with courage. Do what is right, not what is easy. Interact with Nature 🌿 Spend intentional time outdoors to reconnect and recharge.Nature reminds us to slow down, breathe, and keep perspective. Open to Stillness 🧘‍♂️ Practice mindfulness, prayer, or meditation to calm your mind and reset your spirit.Stillness also includes sleep and recovery. Rest is not weakness. It is where growth and clarity begin.Breathe deeply. Listen before you act. Nourish with Intention 🍎 Fuel your body with foods and choices that help you perform and recover. Hydrate with Purpose 💧 Drink water first. Clarity, strength, and focus depend on it. Exercise with Discipline 🏋️‍♂️ Movement is medicine. Move with intention every day through Jiu-Jitsu, workouts, yoga, stretching, or walking. Movement builds discipline. Show up even when you do not feel like it. Absorb Wisdom 📚 Learn something new from books, podcasts, videos, or conversations. Seek truth over noise. Not all information is wisdom. Reflect with Grace ✍️ Capture your thoughts and insights. Journal, express gratitude, and process your wins and lessons.Use tools like the GRACE journaling method to stay grounded in gratitude and growth. Track & Trust the Process 📊 Log your progress, measure what matters, and trust your process.Track with honesty, not perfection. Trust that consistency compounds. 🧭 The Weekly Reset (How It Works)
Welcome to the rhythm of Project Lionheart. Every week we hit reset together, reflecting, learning, and recommitting to what matters most. This isn’t about starting over. It’s about rising stronger, one week at a time. 🔥 The Purpose This is about discipline, not motivation. The Weekly Reset exists to stop drifting off course. It forces you to look at what you actually did, not what you planned to do or meant to do. Every seven days, you pause long enough to assess, correct course, and recommit. No clean slates. No excuses. Just ownership. Consistency is built by facing your week honestly and showing up again anyway. 💪 What to Do Each week: 1️⃣ Check in here. Drop a short comment or reflection when the new Weekly Reset thread opens. 2️⃣ Share your Wins & Lessons. At the end of your week, post what went well, what you learned, and what you plan to improve. 3️⃣ Set your focus for the next 7 days. Pick up to three habits from the 9 Lionheart Pillars to commit to this week. ➡️ View the 9 Pillars 🧩 Why It Matters What gets reviewed gets repeated. What gets ignored gets worse. The Weekly Reset prevents drifting off course. It keeps your actions visible, your standards clear, and your direction intentional. Momentum is not created by big weeks. It is created by stacked, accountable weeks. This is where discipline is reinforced and identity is built, one week at a time. This is where we slow down just enough to speed up. 🦁 The Lionheart Mindset - Progress > Perfection - Reset > Restart - Show up > Give up Keep showing up, reflect honestly, and support others who do the same. That’s what builds identity, discipline, and strength. ✅ Your Mission This Week 1️⃣ Comment on this week’s Reset thread. 2️⃣ Pick your three habits. 3️⃣ End the week by sharing your Wins & Lessons. Let’s reset together and rise stronger. 🧭🦁
