Welcome back.
Project Lionheart has been stripped down to what actually works.
This is not a challenge.
It is an accountability system built to enforce consistency and prevent drifting off course.
Nothing here is about motivation.
Everything here is about follow-through.
We are not starting over.
We are tightening the system.
🔥 What This Is Now
Project Lionheart exists for daily accountability and weekly course correction.
There are no badges.
There are no proof threads.
There is no performance theater.
There are only three requirements:
• Take action every day
• Check in every day
• Review the week honestly
If you do those three things, progress happens.
🧭 How We Operate
Daily Check-Ins
Every day, you check in.
You log what you actually did using the Lionheart Method.
You name the kind of day you had. You can list the pillars you completed if you want, but that is optional.
You keep the streak alive by staying visible.
These are simple records of what you did that day, not explanations and not excuses.
Daily check-ins are what keep standards from slipping.
Weekly Reset
Once per week, you stop and review.
You look at patterns.
You identify what worked and what didn’t.
You correct course for the week ahead.
No clean slates.
No emotional resets.
Just adjustment.
Wins & Lessons
At the end of the week, you post your Wins & Lessons.
This is where you summarize:
• What you did
• What you learned
• What you are changing next
This keeps accountability public and prevents quiet backsliding.
💡 Why This Works
Most people don’t fail because they lack intensity.
They fail because they stop paying attention.
Daily check-ins create awareness.
Weekly review creates correction.
Consistency is enforced, not wished for.
⚔️ The Standard
You do not need perfect days.
You do need honest ones.
If you miss a day, you report it the next day and move on.
If a week goes sideways, you review it and correct.
That is how discipline is built.

2️⃣ Begin daily check-ins today
3️⃣ Post your Wins & Lessons at the end of the week

No hype.
Just accountability, repeated.
