🦁 The Lionheart Framework (The Standard)
Every check-in reflects one of four day types.
These are not ranks or achievements.
They describe the day you actually had.
- Initiate Day → fewer than 3 pillars
- Warrior Day → 3 to 4 pillars
- Guardian Day → 5 to 6 pillars
- Lionheart Day → 7 to 9 pillars
All four days are valid if they are reported honestly.
Your streak is based on checking in, not on hitting a certain number.

✅ How to Check In
Post once per day. Keep it short and honest.
Include both of the following:
1️⃣ Your Day Type
Based on how many pillars you practiced today:
- Initiate Day → fewer than 3 pillars
- Warrior Day → 3 to 4 pillars
- Guardian Day → 5 to 6 pillars
- Lionheart Day → 7 to 9 pillars
2️⃣ What You Did
Either:
- List the pillars you completedor
- Briefly state what you actually did

- You do need visible ones.
Miss a pillar? Log it.
Miss a workout? Log it.
Miss the day? Check in anyway.

🔁 Weekly Review
At the end of the week, post your summary in:
Daily check-ins create awareness.
Weekly review creates correction.
That’s the framework.
That’s the standard.
