Attention gets eyes
Attention gets eyes, credibility gets trust, and trust creates long-term impact. For me, the biggest way I’m building credibility right now is simple but powerful: showing up consistently with real conversations. Not chasing virality. Not over-polishing. Just deep, honest podcast conversations with people who’ve actually walked the path, sharing wins, mistakes, and lessons in real time. Authority isn’t claimed. It’s earned through consistency, clarity, and contribution. Curious to hear from others too 👇 What’s one action you’re taking today to build believability, not just visibility?

Trying to understand and create more relatable content with stories
People see the podcast studio, the guests, the numbers
People see the podcast studio, the guests, the numbers They don’t see the years of being painfully average at this game. When I started, I wasn’t “talented”. I was just obsessed. In the beginning: - Talking to a camera that didn’t talk back. - Learning editing on a slow laptop. - Uploading videos that barely crossed a few thousand views. - Watching friends take safer paths while I gambled on content. Then came the slow shift: - Better questions. - Stronger discipline. - Fewer excuses. - More intention. From the outside, it looks like momentum. From the inside, it felt like doubt… and doing it anyway. Just weeks turning into months of: Cringe videos. Awkward interviews. Tiny improvements. Everyone you admire went through this phase. The difference is simple: They stayed long enough for the growth to catch up. Most people want the rewards of consistency without surviving the boredom and embarrassment that come first. If you’re waiting to feel confident before you start, you’ll wait forever. You don’t need a perfect plan. You need the courage to show up while you still suck. Start. Stay. Let time do the rest.

“the courage to show up while you still suck”, is the harsh truth no one wants to hear. The way you talk to yourself in the moment of doing what you want to do can be the deciding factor of success or failure. Learning how to take that self-doubt and turn it into motivation is the key to overcoming any obstacle in your journey. Stay Strong. Stay the Course. 💪

Your Definite Purpose
"All success begins with definiteness of purpose, with a clear picture in your mind of precisely what you want in life." - Napoleon Hill Hey Everyone!!! I hope you're doing great today. I wanted to jump in and bring up question that I believe is the key to unlocking your success in any area of your life. It's what Napoleon Hill would call your "Definite Purpose." I posted a video below from me talking about discovering your Definite Purpose. Step #1 - Please take 2 minutes and watch the video right now Step #2 - Take some time to write out your Definite Purpose, and post it in the comments below. Step #3 - Read other people's Definite Purposes, and drop them some feedback and encouragement! Thanks everyone!! Russell Brunson P.S. - Here are some other AMAZING related Napoleon Hill quotes to help inspire your as you define your definite purpose: =========== "I don’t know why it is that when a man decides what he wants, the whole universe seems to come to his aid to see that he gets it." - Napoleon Hill =========== "The principle of psychology through which you can impress your definite chief aim upon your subconscious mind is called Autosuggestion, or suggestion which you repeatedly make to yourself. It is a degree of self-hypnotism…" - Napoleon Hill =========== "There is no hope of success for the person who does not have a central purpose, or definite goal at which to aim. Ninety-eight out of every hundred of those whom I have analyzed, had no such aim. Perhaps this was the major cause of their failure." - Napoleon Hill =========== "Set your mind on a definite goal and observe how quickly the world stands aside to let you pass." - Napoleon Hill =========== "There are no limitations to the mind except those we acknowledge. Both poverty and riches are the offspring of thought." - Napoleon Hill =========== "Desire is the starting point of all achievement, not a hope, not a wish, but a keen pulsating desire which transcends everything." - Napoleon Hill

Taylor Swift’s New Heights Interview Big Shifts in Podcasting
🎙 Taylor Swift’s New Heights Interview Just Rewrote the Rules of Podcasting On August 13, 2025, Taylor Swift made her first-ever podcast appearance—on New Heights, the show hosted by her boyfriend Travis Kelce and his brother Jason. The result? Record-breaking viewership, viral social moments, and a blueprint for what the next era of podcast interviews will look like. This wasn’t just celebrity hype—it was a masterclass in podcast strategy. What Happened: - 11.7M YouTube views in 24 hours - Over 400M social media views from clips - 1.3M concurrent livestream viewers - Album announcement: The Life of a Showgirl (Oct 3, 2025) - Emotional stories, genuine connection, and relatable parallels Why It Worked (Lessons for Podcasters): 1. Start with Energy - Jason opened with genuine excitement—hooking even non-Swifties. 2. Create Instant Connection- Wearing Taylor’s merch broke the ice. Small gestures matter. 3. Lead with Story, Not Bio - They skipped “Tell us about yourself” and jumped into how Travis got Taylor’s attention. 4. Know Your Audience- Explaining music ownership to a sports audience in simple terms kept everyone engaged. 5. Make It Relatable- Comparing Taylor’s post-show recovery to NFL post-game recovery built understanding instantly. The Bigger Picture: This episode proves podcasts aren’t just interviews—they can be cultural moments, marketing launches, and deep connection tools all in one.

Hiding Doesn't Help Anyone - Not Even You
I remember in 2021, when I discovered Russell and binged on his content, absorbing his stories and experiences, him sharing his pain and everything in between, I thanked him I thanked him for staying consistent long enough for me to find him and for him being intentional about making it easier for me to find him Even now, I understand it deeper, having gone behind the scenes, connected with several coaches and experts around the world, and from my own experiences I have a great deal of respect for anyone who's super successful, cos I can relate to the pain of grinding, putting in your best but still not being seen or heard, just crickets There's this tendency to wanna stay small, not move, not take action, but who are you really helping that way? Who are the people still hurting cos you aren't showing up? Living your life to the fullest involves you stepping into your "being" and just being very intentional about your actions and how they compound over time to touch more lives and tell and even bigger story I've read messages of people that thanked me for what I did for them, some it's just the hope, the faith, the belief and little of the strategies and mechanics Just pure heart and commitment. I'm choosing to be intentional about getting seen, heard and to connect with the people I've been called to serve

Powerful @Theo Godson , thanks for sharing. Being bold and in front is not necessarily what we expected or in many cases preparing for, but you're right. Who are we trying to help if we're not being seen. I for one know I have to be more bold and I appreciate stories like these that and show and prove what happens when we do show up in front.
