Picking a courier
I’ve sent a poster to someone in Canada and the courier was Uniuni. Tracking hasn’t updated and the customer has messaged me asking if something has gone wrong. Uniuni has terrible reviews, it’s 1* and has frequent lost / undelivered items. I don’t want to re send the poster, just for it to go via Uniuni again - is there a way I can request not to use them?

I have asked this before regarding uniuni. Unfortunately not. The printer in Canada will choose either Obibox or uniuni depending on where the customer lives, its location dependent
File upload limit
That’s 2 orders I’ve tried to put through today that I’ve had to abandon and go with another POD because both were over 50MB (52MB), even though the upload limit is 75MB. Can you please advise what the issue is here? Thanks!

@Joe Caffrey I find this bizarre. I’ve used PS over two shops and never had this issue…
Forgot to upscale
I made a rookie mistake and forgot to upscale one of my posters before uploading it to Printshrimp for printing. The size is 24x36" - 60 x 90 cm, and it's now in production. I was only able to change the file to an upscaled version while it's in production. Will the system use the new upscaled version or still use the non-upscaled version?

It’ll use what was uploaded at the time it went into production I believe.
Advice
Hi, just wanted to check I’m following the right process. Am I supposed to upscale my image in Midjourney before taking it into Photoshop and listing on Etsy? What I’ve been doing so far is: creating the image in Midjourney → clicking Creative → opening it in Photoshop → saving as PSD and PNG → then listing on Etsy. I haven’t added any designs to PrintShrimp yet — I was planning to do that once a purchase is made — just wanted to make sure my workflow is correct before I go any further. Thanks!

@Will Alexander that DPI is huge and is unnecessary. 300 Dpi will be more than enough

If we tick AI was used when setting up the Etsy shop will this be visabily obvious to the customers?
