Listing removed by Etsy for a policy violation
Etsy has randomly removed one of my listings. They are stating it’s because of a policy violation. Apparently it doesn’t meet their ‘Creative Standards’. This has never happened to me before. The appeal process requires me to upload photos, videos and documents of the creative process. But how do I do this if it’s AI generated? I have 1450 listings on this store and I don’t think I can get that listing back. Should I be worried for the rest of my listings?

@Mihai Volintiriu I wrote a great appeal and simply uploaded a version of the AI art as documentation. The appeal was approved and I got the listing back. I couldn’t be happier as I was scared I would wake up to my whole store removed.

I’m pretty sure they have already implemented auto pay from your wallet and auto import.
Upscaling
Hi everyone, wondering if anyone’s got any bright ideas. I’ve been upscaling my prints manually and changing the dpi on photoshop but I think essentially they aren’t coming out sharp enough on large sizes. I’ve tried downloading the upscayl app, which because of the version of Mac I have (Monterey 12), won’t work. The desktop version won’t let me subscribe or use a free trial despite trying multiple emails. Does anyone have any other ways they’ve been upscaling??

Upscayl definitely does work on Monterey 12. You must be doing something wrong during your process.
Sales & discounts
Hi all, Just wondered what offers do people have on their stores. For example abandoned basket, favourited item etc? And what percentage do people currently offer as a discount? Thanks

I offer 10% for all of the options. Plus 20% off when buying 3 items
1 star review
A customer has given us 2 1 star reviews because she said, her words (I paid to have these arrives as framed) even though she clearly chose the print only option. She thought she was getting 2 24x36" inch frames prints for £95. So not sure what planet she is living on. She chose the wrong option even though we provided what she asked for in the drop down menus when you're buying something. I've messaged to see if she's willing to take off the reviews as we've now gone from a 4.7 to 4.2 rating. I just don't get people sometimes!

I completely understand. I was completely defamed and given a 1 star. I was called a scammer and worse. I have 39 5 star reviews so that decently dropped my score. After I sent proof that their digital download was sent 9 minutes after their purchase they were happy to remove the review and apologise. Some people simply cannot be helped.
