Good morning! I haven’t posted in the last 10 days after being sick and being wrapped up in big ‘life’ things. I’m starting my day with a shake to work towards my protein goal. I made a banana nut bread shake this morning. I added extra protein to it as well as fiber, probiotic, and Prolessa duo.
I made a stir fry dinner for today and tomorrow. It has 3 whole eggs, half a cup of egg whites, one can of chicken, one bag of riced cauliflower, and one bag of frozen veggies (carrots, asparagus, corn).
I’m ready to start the day - I have my whipped electrolytes to begin the day and go with my shake for breakfast. I have my tea and water prepped for later this morning!
@Cheryl Shiffman I think it will be very beneficial for me. I really didn’t want to walk last night but it was my only thing left to take down the sticky note so to the treadmill I went!
