Omg yes especially my advantage+ shopping campaigns! I'm weary that CPMs are much higher already due to BFCM incoming which has shot up CPA for some clients so that might have something to do with it.

BFCM Dates This Year
Hieee everyone, curious to know whether anyone has started planning out their BFCM strategy for clients/their own business yet? I'm in the midst of securing promos and date ranges and am wondering whether people are mostly sticking with the actual BFCM dates, or try launch their sale earlier? I know CPMs will be way higher but I'm also wondering whether people are in more of a shopping mindset the actual week of BFCM. Would love to know what approach people are taking this years! :)

Looking for some advice on what to do next for my paid ads - For context I run an ecom brand selling shaving products for women (still a baby brand). I had a video that went super viral 2 months ago and post this, I started running a retargeting campaign to target all of the fresh traffic. This was working best for the first few weeks but then results started to dwindle. I tested new creatives but it just wasn't quite working so I've now turned it off. I'm super lost about what to do from here so any pointers would be great - do I set up a top of funnel campaign and a retargeting campaign and start again or do I build off the existing retargeting campaign only and try to keep making improvements to that? Should I start running a top of funnel campaign now? What should my budget be? Any help would be greatly appreciated ๐Ÿซ ๐Ÿ˜…

Hey Clara! Depending on what budget you have to play with I'd definitely recommend using Meta as a TOF initiative, with content specifically focused on your unique selling points as a brand, and introducing you as the brand founder etc. There's still merit in re-marketing but I'd make sure you're only targeting your engaged audiences (e.g. website visitors, IG engagement, FB engagement etc.) and removing those who have already purchased from you as the likelihood is you can already remarket to these people via emails or organics etc. For these remarketing style ads it could be more incentive/promotion-focused (e.g. your free razor promo) as you can assume these people are interested in the brand but need some more incentive in order to get them to convert.
