I am brand new to real estate investing, after hard work I am ready to purchase my first rental. Just curious if anyone has some advice, important information, steps or pointers would be appreciated. Here’s to first of many!

I am a non-traditional full-time senior at University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I am an Economics/Major and Community and Rural Planning/Minor. I work full time for Runza Restaurants and am a father of 4 wonderful children. I will graduate this spring and am currently studying to pass my real estate exam. My goals are investing in real estate and become a Developer.
