I nailed it! It was so nice not to be uncomfortably full! I really tried to tell myself it’s not about the dinner it’s about the company!

Last weeks win…. Coming back from a vacation and still losing weight! Last weeks struggle …. Getting enough protein in. This weeks intention/goal… to add in strength training with bands and small weights. Try to get a routine started with that! 🫶🫶. Enjoy the ride!
Week 1
Hi all, my name is Leann and I’m excited to be here. I really wanted to share with you my experience as I’m going through this transformation this can be used if you’re ahead of me or behind me but please remember that these are my true thoughts, and who I am feedback and adjustments are more than great. But I wanna let you know you’re not in this alone Wendy is an amazing coach, and I’m training to be a coach as well. I’m so excited that you are here and you’ve made this decision for yourself. Good morning
A habit that helps shift mindset is to wake up each morning and take 5 minutes to do some breathing. Inhale for 3 seconds hold for 3 seconds exhale for 3 seconds. This helps clear your mind, center yourself and release energy. Then set an intention for your day. So many of us crawl out of bed and immediately are right into “go mode” without even a thought of what is good for our soul. Simply setting an intention for our day can shift our energy, and create an awareness within our spirt to connect. It can be as simple as “today will be smooth and stress free and each situation I encounter I will approach with patience and ease.” Setting ourselves up for a positive mindset first thing can make a huge difference in our day. Give it a try for a week or 2 and let me know if you feel the difference!

I’ve recently seen how just going outside sitting down in a chair that faces the sun helps tremendously if you have 10 to 15 minutes to spare. Also if you’re in the shower, before you get out turn it as cold as you can before you get out! Gets the blood going!!!!
