Good morning
A habit that helps shift mindset is to wake up each morning and take 5 minutes to do some breathing. Inhale for 3 seconds hold for 3 seconds exhale for 3 seconds. This helps clear your mind, center yourself and release energy.
Then set an intention for your day. So many of us crawl out of bed and immediately are right into “go mode” without even a thought of what is good for our soul. Simply setting an intention for our day can shift our energy, and create an awareness within our spirt to connect. It can be as simple as “today will be smooth and stress free and each situation I encounter I will approach with patience and ease.”
Setting ourselves up for a positive mindset first thing can make a huge difference in our day.
