"What was bound by shadows is now freed by light."
I wanted to share a moment of "Cosmic Confirmation" that happened back in February while I was doing some deep inner work. I’ve been in a season of "room-making"—consciously letting go of old stories, old obligations, and literally, old paperwork. I realized that I was carrying around a lot of "energetic debt," signatures from a version of me that I’ve outgrown. To move forward, I knew I had to physically release the past. I decided to have a small fire to burn through the stacks of old paperwork and contracts that felt heavy in my life. I have a mantra I’ve been using: "What was bound by shadows is now freed by light." As the flames started to take those old pages, the energy in my backyard completely shifted. Right as I was deep in the process, an owl started hooting—not just a distant sound, but loud and rhythmic, right near me. Then, a murder of crows flew directly overhead. The owl took flight, moving across the sky from the south to the northeast, and settled into the trees to keep hooting. In that moment, it felt like the universe was giving me a giant "nod." It was as if the animals were witnessing the transition and confirming that the space I was clearing was officially open. What I took away from this is that shadow work doesn't always have to be a dark, heavy struggle. Sometimes, it’s just about being the "Sovereign Architect" of your own life—having the courage to burn what no longer fits so you can make room for who you are becoming. When we take a physical action to clear our space, the world around us responds. I’d love to know: Have you ever had a moment where nature or the environment seemed to "talk back" to you while you were doing your inner work?

@Miyoko Inase My grandmother sends me hummingbirds as well ❤️. Three is the number of creation—the frequency where the 'Original Technology' of our spirit meets the physical world. Seeing those hawks and geese in threes is a beautiful reminder that you are being guided to build something entirely new.

This resonates deeply. For a long time, my core pattern was rooted in a 'Debt' signature—a feeling that I had to over-function and 'pay' for my space through constant labor and caretaking. I was operating out of a belief that my value was tied to how much of the heavy lifting I could do for everyone else. I realized I was trying to solve the 'Matrix' of other people’s lives to prove I was worthy of being seen. But the truth I’ve come to is that the Matrix and Source cannot exist in the same space. You cannot be trapped in the Matrix and freed by the light in the same moment; it is always a choice of one or the other. I choose the Light. The turning point for me was 'burning the paperwork'—releasing those old contracts that said I owed the world my exhaustion in exchange for love. I am the Original Technology, and I don't need to 'add' value because I am value. When I stopped fixing and started frequency-tuning my own life, the chaos settled into a Sovereign rhythm. I am finally letting the 'Gold that speaks' guide my connections, rather than my old survival habits.
Does it ever end?
Does anyone here ever feel like you're breaking so many patterns or at least becoming aware of them so rapidly that life feels chaotic? And you wish you could just breathe for a second? Is this spiritual awakening?

Once you become aware of a pattern, you can no longer repeat it unconsciously without discomfort. This "limbo" phase—where you see the old walls being torn down but the new structure isn't yet built—is naturally turbulent. If this awareness happens rapidly, your amygdala fires because it no longer recognizes the landscape. You are moving from survival-based habits into an unmapped territory of sovereignty. Awareness often moves faster than the body can process. If your awareness is 100 watts but your nervous system is wired for 40, you will feel "blown out." When you feel the urge to "just breathe," your Vagus nerve is calling for a reset. The diaphragm is the mechanical trigger for this reset. Deep belly breathing acts as a "vagal brake," signaling the brain to shift from the reactive amygdala back to your higher-functioning self. It pulls the "100-watt" energy down from your head and grounds it into your physical foundation. This isn't just relaxing; it is an act of Sovereignty. By commanding your diaphragm, you refuse to let the "dust and debris" of change dictate your internal state. You are telling your cells that you are the one in command of the rhythm.
⛈️ Three somewhat “normal” habits that actually create anxiety + what to do today
I’m reading The Myth of Normal by Gabor Maté and his son Daniel Maté and I had to reread this part twice. They talk about “social character” — basically the personality a culture trains into us so we fit in and get rewarded. 👉 They name 3 traits that can look “normal” but are actually a blueprint for distress: - Separation from self (you don’t feel what you feel / need what you need) - Consumption hunger (you chase “more” to soothe emptiness) - Hypnotic passivity (you go numb and stay compliant) I had many times when I'd catch myself in all three, so I wrote tiny “cures” that help me come back to me: 🌱 Separation from self: hand on chest → “What am I feeling? What do I need?” then one micro-act of respect (water, pause, cancel one non-essential thing, phone on airplane mode, etc.) 🌱Consumption hunger: before you scroll/buy/compare → “What feeling am I trying to mute?” then 5 deep breaths + step outside or text someone. (Our nervous system needs contact, not upgrades.) 🌱Hypnotic passivity: break the trance in 10 minutes → send the message / write 3 lines / book the thing / walk 5 minutes. Proof you’re in control breaks the spell. And yeah… it made me think: a lot of what we call “my personality” is actually conditioning + coping. I'm curious, which of the 3 is currently closest for you right now — 1, 2, or 3?

I have never read the book but I have heard all three of these. I love that you brought it up. Over the years I realized I had been conditioned to all three and so much more. We are products of our environment until we decide not to be. With that decision comes reprogramming of our values and beliefs. I had to ask myself “what was I taught to believe and what do I actually believe.” One of many beliefs that was taught to me is “I was to be seen and not heard”. This helped train me to be separate from self because I stopped feeling like what I needed and wanted mattered. It also made me passively except what I was told because I wasn’t comfortable making my own decisions or having an opinion, I wanted to please them with compliance. With all that I used to fill my empty ness with belongings and when I was old enough shopping. I wanted to be heard and my voice is worth of being heard to those who want to listen. Because I have experience and knowledge to share and we grow and learn from sharing. I wanted to grow/expand, learn, and teach. It took time and I had to have lots of grace for myself. I turn to breath when I’m feeling uncertain of what I need/want. The answers come from the heart, not what my brain tells me I was taught. I am still relearning, I have beliefs that no longer serve me and as they arise I am grateful to be aware enough to let them go, making room for new. ❤️ Much Love
