💥 How do you prepare for the week?
It's Sunday and i'm prepping for the week. Today's tasks: ❤️ prep food for the week (i like to shred cheese, chop veggies, and start meat marinades today) ❤️ write up my list of tasks for next week and prioritize them. Then look at my calendar and map out when I can get them done ❤️ re-fill our daily supplement boxes ❤️ re-organize the kitchen for smoother operations throughout the week ❤️ re-organize the homeschooling materials ❤️ re-organize the bathroom ❤️ do laundry ❤️ do as much of a deep clean as I can get done today and I have found that if I spend a few hours on Sunday doing all of these things, my weeks flow much smoother. 👉 Part of building the life that you've always wanted is learning how to care more about your future self's comfort than your current self's comfort. 👇 What is something new that you can do to make your future self feel grateful for what you've done today?
