Perfect as a snack or dessert when you want something fun without blowing your calories for the day. 📊 Nutrition (per muffin): 161 calories | 12g protein Here's what you'll need (makes 8 muffins) 🛒 : - 2 scoops protein powder (I used Peak Supps Beef Isolate but any will work) - 2 ripe bananas - 30g cocoa powder - 1 tsp baking powder - 40g ground almonds - 2 large eggs - 20g honey - 40g mini marshmallows - 30g dark chocolate chips Make sure to check for “may contain” warnings! I used Sainsbury’s own-brand marshmallows and choc chips. Here's what to do👩🍳: 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan). 2. Blend the wet ingredients (bananas, eggs, honey). 3. In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients (protein powder, cocoa, baking powder, almonds). 4. Combine wet and dry, then fold in 20g marshmallows and 15g chocolate chips. 5.
