Length of reaction
Hi everyone! I had my first reaction in years 10 days ago now and my stomach is still feeling irritated and sore, my mood has been extremely low, and the fatigue has not been helping my mood or motivation. Just wondering how long symptoms like these typically last post-reaction and if anyone has any tips to ease symptoms?
Gluten challenge
Hi, I have been gluten free for three months and have just started to eat gluten again for the endoscopy. Has anyone got any helpful advice on how to get through it. It’s not been a week yet and I feel awful. Also will the side effects always feel this bad, are they likely to get worse or ease over the next six weeks x

I agree, I think you’ll just get used to the feeling unfortunately :( it’s such an unfair process! Peppermint or lemon and ginger tea might help! Warm baths may also help ease joint pain or any body cramps. Definitely give yourself time to rest and be kind to yourself during these next few weeks. Keeping the mind strong through this is so so important! 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

Hi everyone!! I’ve been diagnosed almost four years to the day now and have had some improvements since going gluten free but still suffer with lots of brain fog and periods of extreme fatigue. Like most of you I also find it hard to socialize as it is exhausting always having to explain your situation. Also had my first reaction in three years a couple days ago (it was brutal!!) and would love to hear anyone’s tips for nurturing the gut/stomach after a reaction! Sending love to you all🫶🏼
