Yeah I’m trying to find a place to park in between there and the job site but won’t know much until I’m out there
Welcome to The Core Collective!
We’re so glad you made it here. This isn’t just another online group—it’s a space to connect, grow, and build strength in every sense of the word. Here’s what we’ve built together: • Workout programs – structured training designed to help you get stronger. • Nutrition guidance – simple, effective tools to fuel your progress. • Live weekly calls – a chance to connect face-to-face, ask questions, and share wins. • Community support – a space where showing up, engaging, and contributing makes all the difference. We’re not just here for workouts and macros—we’re here because we believe in community. Whether it’s music, food, shared struggles, or small wins, these are the threads that connect us. This is a space to be real, grow, and help each other keep moving forward. Start by introducing yourself in the comments: Who you are, where you’re from, your current goals, and a fun fact (music you’re enjoy, favorite food, or anything you’re into) We’re pumped to have you here 🔥

Hey everyone I’m Caleb I live in Michigan Kalamazoo area but recently started traveling for work next stop Maryland for 4-6 weeks after that 🤷🏻 what states next trying to get back in shape my heart health had gone down hill pretty bad the past two years but time to make a change I have 2 beautiful little girls who mean the world to me so it’s time to make sure I’m here for a long time not just a good time!
🚨The Core Collective Guidelines:
Super fucking pumped you’re here. Let’s dig into a few things before getting too far. PLEASE go through them all below ⬇️ 1. Engage, don’t lurk - This group works best when everyone participates. Share your wins, ask questions, and support others. Have some fun here. Even a quick comment or reaction goes a long way! 2. No self-promotion or soliciting. Don’t pitch your services, products, or ask for money. This community is for connection, learning, and support—not selling. If you do have something you want to share, weekly we will have 1 post where you can put it so we keep the rest of the time about building community. 3. Be respectful and supportive. Treat everyone with kindness. Healthy debate is welcome, but personal attacks, negativity, or drama aren’t. Message and admin or moderator if there is an issue and we will handle it promptly. 4. Keep content relevant. Share posts, questions, and insights that align with the group’s purpose. Off-topic posts and spam will be removed. 5. Have some fun & give value. This is your community—Make the most of it! Share knowledge, celebrate progress, and help make this an encouraging place for everyone. Hit me with your favorite GIF in the comments so I know you read through it all and let’s have a kickass time 🤘🏼

When We Were Young
Here's a fun one - What band or artist defined your teenage years? A band for me that defined a lot of my teenage years was NOFX. If you're into punk rock, you know they're legends in the genre. Some of the best in your face style punk rock there is. Angst Politics Offensive (sometimes cringey messaging) Unapologetic art. They will always have a special place in my music history and still make my playlists to this day.
