Everyone's body reacts differently to holding your breath, but physiologically, holding your breath for 2-3 minutes is possible for an ordinary, untrained person, the main thing is the ability to relax and distract your attention, not to think about anything, since the brain uses up a lot of oxygen. Increasing the volume of the lungs is a long process, it is easier to learn to relax.
