I help women over 40 with ADHD and perimenopause build strength and confidence in their bodies within a few months without giving up their favorite foods, spending hours in the gym, or trying to force themselves into rigid routines that don’t fit their brains or hormones. Top 10 Fears 1. That they’ll never feel “in control” of their health or body again. 2. That menopause + ADHD make it impossible to stick with anything. 3. Losing muscle, strength, and independence as they age. 4. That they’ll always feel uncomfortable in their clothes. 5. Being seen as “lazy” or “undisciplined” because of ADHD struggles. 6. How I'm Managing a full day & naked kids 🙃
Today has been BUSY! ❤️Started off with an amazing coffee chat so big shout out to @Ashley Mayberry and @Natalee Phillips for hopping in! A smaller crew than normal, but these days happen. We spent the time talking CRMs and we did some skool group reviews with Ashley to help her out. Then, I: ☀️ did an onboarding call with an amazing mama in this group, 🌈a mastermind call with someone making $50k per month (and had to turn my camera off because my kids were running around half naked behind me), ❤️and another connection call with a digital marketing professional to help him move his 7 fig business onto skool. 👉Now, i'm tidying up, getting dinner started, and moving around car seats so that the car is ready for me to take my 2 year old to a doctor's appointment today when my husband gets home from work. Throughout today, I have also given several bottles to babies, breastfed, put babies down for naps, turned cameras off so I could throw clothes on my children, and been interrupted twice in the middle of my calls. This is the messy and beautiful work of mothering through entrepreneurship. 🥰In what silly ways has your kids shown up today?
