Lot of distress again, managed to squeeze a row of 3 hold on exhale and the last on 80% inhale. Today didnโ€™t manage to drop the heartrate. Couldnโ€˜t calm the mind. Thatโ€˜s life ๐Ÿ˜‚ 1:09 1:32 2:01 2:47 Thanks everybody ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป may the breath be with you ๐Ÿ˜Š

Waking up and doing my morning meditation. After this with a still calm state of mind, three holds on passive exhale. 0:36 0:47 1:17 I try to keep this state of mind during the day ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ˜Š
