I have started and run several Skool communities. When I look at someone else's, there is almost always one fixable problem, and it is never the one the owner thinks it is. So let's do this. Comment below with: 1. Your community link 2. Who it is for, in one line 3. The one thing you are stuck on I will reply to every single one with a specific fix. Not "post more." An actual change I would make if it were my community. Free, no catch. I like this work and it is the fastest way to be useful here. While you wait, the 3 problems I see most: - Your About page describes you, not the outcome. People join for a result, not a resume. Lead with what they walk away with. - Your feed is announcements, not conversations. Scroll your last 5 posts. If none of them ask a question, you have an audience, not a community. - You post daily but you do not welcome daily. A new member who gets no welcome in 24 hours usually never comes back. That one is free to fix and it moves retention more than any content you make. If you want the 1 hour daily rhythm I use to run mine, it is called F.L.O.W. I built a free tool (I'm in FLOW right now 😉) and an operator community around it. DM me FLOW and I will send you something special and a fun personal video message. Drop your link 👇
