Example of Tier System workout
Hey guys, here's an example of the 3 tiers of a tier system workout. In this one Jimmy is hitting max effort upper, dynamic effort total body, and uses the third tier to add some unilateral work in. This is the same system we use for our training teams and for many of our 1:1 clients. Feel free to hit us up in here or in the YouTube comments if you have questions.

Making Warfighter work on a firefighter 48/96 schedule
Team - was just having a conversation with one of our firefighter athletes on Warfighter and were talking about challenges with making training work on a 48/96 schedule. I know we have a large firefighter community here, so what are some strategies you guys use to make training work with your schedule?

Run Ruck Program - Interval Days Q
@Brian T I’m currently doing the run/ruck program in prep for a school. I’ve prepped for similar schools in the past and haven’t ruck ran ever in prep until now. Just wanted some input on the Tuesday ruck intervals. I’ve been running those, monitoring HR to keep it in the threshold type of interval. But I’ve heard the team mention in podcasts lately not to run with added weight during training. Hoping for some thoughts on how to make these training sessions as beneficial as possible.

If you aren't required to ruck run in the school you're prepping for then don't do it in training. The only reason I included that note in the program is that some guys are required to ruck run at the event they're attending to be competitive, and my belief is that it's better to gradually expose somebody to that in training than experience it for the first time when you're being graded.
365 Forged - Inside the System
We are hosting a webinar on Tuesday, September 23rd, outlining our system for taking clients to the next level - whether that's the new lifter, or seasoned athlete. In this webinar, we will break down the step-by-step process we use to build strength and aerobic foundations, progress to more intermediate training modalities, instill the competitive spirit, and most importantly, build a system that lasts for years. You don't have to be one of our 1:1 clients to attend - this is free and open to everyone. What's important is you walk away understanding the process. We will also have time at the end for your Q&A, so feel free to come prepared with some training questions and we'll show you how we'd incorporate it under the 365 Forged system. You can check out the meeting details in the Skool Calendar - Zoom info is included there as well. Do me one favor though - if you plan to attend, simply give this post a thumbs up so we can start getting an idea of who may show up. Thanks guys.

Police academy
Hey guys I know there’s a good amount of law enforcement officers here and I wanted some input. I’m in the final stages of hiring for PD and may have an academy coming up. Wanted opinions on running Warfighter while going through daily academy PT. It’s definitely not the most intense and I do not want to go six months with random exercising daily as my only training, but at the same time don’t know if it may be too much. I’m gonna assume I’ll have to just adjust the program depending on what I’m doing that day.
