Run Ruck Program - Interval Days Q
I’m currently doing the run/ruck program in prep for a school. I’ve prepped for similar schools in the past and haven’t ruck ran ever in prep until now. Just wanted some input on the Tuesday ruck intervals. I’ve been running those, monitoring HR to keep it in the threshold type of interval.
But I’ve heard the team mention in podcasts lately not to run with added weight during training.
Hoping for some thoughts on how to make these training sessions as beneficial as possible.
