How to choose sub accounts to stop using on Startup plan?
Dropped down from assistable Growth plan to Startup plan. I was using 6 sub accounts on the Growth plan. Startup plan is max 3 sub accounts. How do I choose the 3 sub accounts I want to stop using? @Jorden Williams Thanks

Can the AI read a GHL outgoing SMS message?
Can the AI read a GHL outgoing SMS message? I want to test different conversation starter type outgoing SMS messages to new leads. These would be sent by GHL eg "Quick question, what's the number thing you're hoping to achieve with your new bathroom". Can the AI understand SMS messages like this sent by GHL? (It would need to order to give a good answer) One for you @Jorden Williams ? thanks
Tag being included in the actual message
Why is the actual tag being added in the chat like this? I'm writing the prompt like this: ".....then end the conversation and add the @end_conversation tag"
Tag being included in the actual message

@Robin Heilmann thanks. I have something similar which works fine. The @end_conversation tag has been working fine up until 24 hours ago. Not getting any reply from support.

@Jorden Williams good reminder, thanks! Do we need to be using the @ before tools now?
Custom tool error, need help asap
Setup the custom tool calculate_distance but it's just not working - gives a '500 Internal Server Error'. - Tool is set up exactly as instructions. - Thought it was endpoint error so created a new one (https://4234df.buildship.run/calculate-distance) - Confirmed the BuildShip endpoint works directly with the same input, see attached - Edited the prompt to explicitly pass origin and destination. What am I doing wrong here. Anyone able to help? @Jorden Williams

@Jorden Williams so does that mean to edit the prompt and replace this: * Project Location: - Call the calculate_distance tool with the following parameters: - origin: "Good Brother Kitchens, Tallaght Retail Centre, Unit 2, Belgard Road, Tallaght, Dublin 24, D24 XW64, Ireland" - destination: The project location postcode collected in the Location Collection step (logged using the project_location tool). with this: * Project Location: - Call the calculate_distance tool with the following parameters: - body.args.origin: "Good Brother Kitchens, Tallaght Retail Centre, Unit 2, Belgard Road, Tallaght, Dublin 24, D24 XW64, Ireland" - body.args.destination: The project location postcode collected in the Location Collection step (logged using the project_location tool). If not please be more explicit with your instructions. I am well outside my comnfort zone here!

@Jorden Williams this fix has worked, thanks. FYI the endpoint you offer here was the issue it doesn't have the arg wrap etc and that was causing the 500 internal error. https://www.skool.com/assistable/if-you-want-to-use-the-calculate-distance-endpoint-in-the-loom?p=e0389d37
If you want to use the calculate distance endpoint in the loom:
