Pillar 1 - Fitness & Fuel No gym today but set the workout plan with intention and forecast of what would optimize recovery, as it is my main focus right niw having a shitty sleep most dayz because of my beloved baby girl 🫠. Water good. Food slipped out a bit but scale is still downward so let’s keep going. Pillar 2 - Mindset & Discipline Set some nice goals pretty much in all aspects (mindset/fitness/family/business) during the week. Started to apply some at different levels and it’s creating positive momentum. Love it Pillar 3 - Business & Income Currently consolidating two business at a time. I am proud of the work done so far. Might have to keep an eye on slowing down the pace a bit because I know how i can burn out quick after 3 non stop weeks. Pillar 4 - Relationships & Leadership We survived another though week as a couple being also new parents 💪🏽. Starting to take my place more and more in taking care a my kid, and this feels reaalllly good in terms of self esteem Pillar 5 - Lifestyle & Standards I am starting to expect more echoing with my valies toward people surrounding me. This will help me sort things on my social circle. Win of the week : there is bot a day I dint think of this group, and how some of you are having their day. There’s a bound.
