My last week was terrible… I slipped and destroy half of my work 🫣 Now I started with new energy I will follow up with 18-20 fastings and eating healthy I want to commit with morning body tapping it will be a really useful morning routine Work dedication will be hard without my phone but will see it 💪🏼 Relationships - also work with my skool group??? 🙂 I mean if I offer my help for several people for free 🤷🏻‍♂️ And I also try to help @Tcharlie Bédard today with my correction exercises hopefully it will help to him 15 mins morning reset I think one of the hardest thing because I want to start my morning my habits tasks etc 🤔

I did a really solid upper body workout just to do something Finally I finish with the garden work I forgot to write down my 3 priorities but I had some of them in my head 😂🫣 and I did 2 of them Im tracking my money since 2019 in everyday and week - it was really important for me before and after it became a habit Yesterday I started a new business with my friend - at the beginning it was only a big conversation for 3 hours Yesterday I spend about half an hour to clean my macbook desktop 👆🏻😃 it is very important for me because it became a chaotic platform

It will be good for me because in my last days I totally slip apart 😂🫣… but I finally finish my terrace with the concrete slabs (it was 85 pieces with 25 kg each…🫣💪🏼so you can count how many kg I carried out)

Day 9 - 07/09/2025
Pillar 1 - Fitness & Fuel No gym today but set the workout plan with intention and forecast of what would optimize recovery, as it is my main focus right niw having a shitty sleep most dayz because of my beloved baby girl 🫠. Water good. Food slipped out a bit but scale is still downward so let’s keep going. Pillar 2 - Mindset & Discipline Set some nice goals pretty much in all aspects (mindset/fitness/family/business) during the week. Started to apply some at different levels and it’s creating positive momentum. Love it Pillar 3 - Business & Income Currently consolidating two business at a time. I am proud of the work done so far. Might have to keep an eye on slowing down the pace a bit because I know how i can burn out quick after 3 non stop weeks. Pillar 4 - Relationships & Leadership We survived another though week as a couple being also new parents 💪🏽. Starting to take my place more and more in taking care a my kid, and this feels reaalllly good in terms of self esteem Pillar 5 - Lifestyle & Standards I am starting to expect more echoing with my valies toward people surrounding me. This will help me sort things on my social circle. Win of the week : there is bot a day I dint think of this group, and how some of you are having their day. There’s a bound. Thank tou all for that Struggle : Baklavas. Stay strong brothers. @Botond Mathe , it was nice getting to know you a little more. Looking forward to see what the next week will bring to us brother. ✌🏽

I did my morning routine as usual Meditation stretching grounding reading After I made a solid workout pushups and pullups only because I worked again a lot on the garden about 3-4 hours After I worked with one of my client online It was a busy day
