Knowledge Base Not Recognised by AI Voice (Chat Works)
@Jorden Williams can you please give an update on this bug report (#7805). I've posted it a few times now and it radio silence and no response from support. Just want to know if this is an issue with the system or us. It only stopped working recently for our clients. Thanks in advance

@Alexa Briggs was it working before for you? I think we may need to do something similar with adding it into the prompt as the client is getting very annoyed as its giving out incorrect insurance information
Knowledgebase Help
So I've been struggling to get a Voice assistant to answer properly from a knowledgebase. I've set the knowledgebase up using a google sheet with both Buildship and Make following instructions from @Jakin Harper , @Bilal Ahmed and @Brandon Duncan . For some reason it only pulls the first couple rows of data. I also set up the RAG knowledgebase based on Jorden's training and it just doesn't answer the questions properly. I've spent about 5 hours doing the same things over and over and I'm getting nowhere. Any help would be appreciated.

@Bilal Ahmed this is the exact issue we are having also but using Assistable knowledge base it just stopped working in the last few days

I want to do it more. Thats what we are trying to do here

@Jorden Williams can you have a look at bug report (#7805) The knowledge base is connected only with chat and voice doesn't recognise it for the last number of days and is giving out wrong insurance information for our client. Many thanks
Call Transfer Issues
Hello, I am using the call transfer tool, it tries to transfer but says they're unable to. I looked at the call summary and it says there were permissions issues. Is there an extra step to allow call transfer? The user requested to be connected with Brent, but the transfer could not be completed due to permission issues. The agent apologized and offered to assist the user directly by asking about the issue with their vehicle.

@Alex Zou did you get this resolved? We now have the same issue. When I ask the AI its saying something along the same lines as you: when i try to transfer call doesnt have autorisation to route calls told by the system. permission error.
Knowledge Base - Upgrading won't work
We are trying to enable knowledge base for voice but when we click confirm it won't process the payment and just hangs. Any ideas?
