Been a super busy week this week! In and out of hospital for blood tests everyday, hospital appointments with consultants etc! I have managed to keep to my 8K steps a day (which is enough for me at the moment with being unwell). I have had a couple of rough days… and have slacked at my water intake. But keeping on top of it today! I aim for atleast 3ltrs a day! Hoping to go back to the gym next week after several months off, keeping it light and easy but consistent! ☺️
