Try this: - Track your average job size. - Aim to increase it by 20% in the next 90 days. - Bundle services into bigger packages. - Price by value, not hours. Example: Moving average job size from $850 to $1,200 added $25K in one quarter. Bigger jobs mean fewer stops and more margin.
