Triggers
Sometimes we don't get enough sleep. Sometimes it is hard to take criticism. Sometimes there are so many things to do in a day. Those are some of my triggers. What triggers cravings for you? Comment on what makes sticking with your plan difficult. Tips: Have protein snacks available, (i.e. pepperoni or salami sticks, chunks of cheese (if you tolerate dairy), sliced meat, hard boiled eggs, brown butter bites, mini carnivore cheesecakes). Watch for my legal cheesecake in the recipe section!

Breakfast
Here I keep things simple. Typically eggs. 🥚 🥚🥚 3 eggs scrambled in a tablespoon of bacon fat If I have mushrooms, I sauté one chopped mushroom and pour the eggs over the pieces. If you don't tolerate eggs well, then sausages or bacon on their own are good, too. I'd also love some inspiration. Are there any protein-rich breakfast foods you eat that are grain-free and low in carbohydrates?
