Sausage egg scramble.
This is my first meal of the day at 130...I work till late so won't be able to eat again until around 830pm or so. Dinner will be some leftover meats and sautéed spinach.

Sometimes we don't get enough sleep. Sometimes it is hard to take criticism. Sometimes there are so many things to do in a day. Those are some of my triggers. What triggers cravings for you? Comment on what makes sticking with your plan difficult. Tips: Have protein snacks available, (i.e. pepperoni or salami sticks, chunks of cheese (if you tolerate dairy), sliced meat, hard boiled eggs, brown butter bites, mini carnivore cheesecakes). Watch for my legal cheesecake in the recipe section!
