Triggers
Sometimes we don't get enough sleep. Sometimes it is hard to take criticism. Sometimes there are so many things to do in a day. Those are some of my triggers. What triggers cravings for you? Comment on what makes sticking with your plan difficult. Tips: Have protein snacks available, (i.e. pepperoni or salami sticks, chunks of cheese (if you tolerate dairy), sliced meat, hard boiled eggs, brown butter bites, mini carnivore cheesecakes). Watch for my legal cheesecake in the recipe section!

Chocolate Pudding - What’s your favourite dessert?
This recipe is delicious and packed with protein. You need: A high speed blender Time: 20 minutes (overnight chill for best results) Ingredients: 10 large egg whites 3/4 cup milk of preference/cream if you feel decadent 2 tablespoons of Allulose or Erythitol/Monk Fruit 2 scoops of chocolate beef protein powder (I use Prime Protein because I like the taste best.) 1 pinch salt 1 tsp vanilla extract (or not) Directions: Scramble the egg whites and chill until cool. Blend all ingredients in high speed blender until smooth. Pour into desired containers/cups for serving. Best if chilled overnight. This recipe is also great for popsicles! Disease prevention
I was listening to Dr. Chaffee and Dr. Barron discuss how many autoimmune conditions improve with carnivore. There have yet to be nurmerous studies because there is no money in researching a treatment without pharmaceuticals, but it looks very promising. One of the reasons I chose this lifestyle is because I want to prevent diseases of civilization, like diabetes, cancer, and Alzheimer's. There is evidence for all of these!
