Here I keep things simple. Typically eggs.
🥚 🥚🥚 3 eggs scrambled in a tablespoon of bacon fat
If I have mushrooms, I sauté one chopped mushroom and pour the eggs over the pieces.
If you don't tolerate eggs well, then sausages or bacon on their own are good, too.
