Pre breakfast 2 glasses of water 10 minutes walk Breakfast: 1 fried egg + half paratha + 1 cup tea Lunch: chickpea salad + 1 glass lassi Dinner: chicken tortilla wrap Total water intake: 1.5 litre Steps: 5,000 because most of the time was spent traveling..

Day 16 No Meal Snaps
On 16th Day I hadn't been that much active to take snaps of what I ate in a day because of my Root Canal operation which was painful but bearable at the same time. My friend treated me with loaded fries from her canteen🍟🫶🏻 to make me relaxed a bit after the operation. I enjoyed it as a mid morning snack. In Breakfast I had Anda paratha and in lunch time I ate half Roti with Channay. Dinner I don't remember exactly heheh 🙃
